Preparing Organizations for Certification

We have prepared more than 100 enterprises in Turkmenistan.

Certification preparation is not about creating new processes, but about confirming that the existing management system meets the requirements of the chosen international standard and is ready for independent assessment.

HIL-TM experts conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of the existing management system, determine its level of readiness, and help the organization prepare for the certification body's audit.

As part of the preparation, we:

•    analyze the current management system and its degree of compliance with international standards;

•    identify nonconformities, potential risks, and areas for improvement;

•    provide expert assessment on applying standard requirements within the organization's operations;

•    offer methodological assistance in preparing documented information that may be requested by the certification body;

•    assess the readiness of processes, departments, and personnel for external audit;

•    conduct a preliminary expert diagnosis prior to certification.

As a result of this work, the organization receives an objective picture of its readiness and practical recommendations for addressing identified nonconformities.
If necessary, diagnostic results may be forwarded to our partner certification body, CERT International, for further review as part of the certification procedure. The decision to issue a certificate rests solely with the certification body.
